Header consist of the candidate full name, his/her email id and contact number. This section is usually larger and are in bolder font and can be in center, right or left depending on people choice.

Resume Career objective should be very unique and precise which clearly describes your ability and  future goals. The career objective should also be relevant for the position you are applying for.

Work history   Specify work experience if there is any.The time period month and year starting and ending dates, employer name and job title are included.

Educational details Specify the institution you studied with the aggregate percentage in the educational details. The educational details need not be presented inside a tables.Use bullets to separate  each meaningful sentences.

Training/Skills   Include about your skills, certification courses if you have any, the duration of the course, and training programs that you have attended with their syllabi. This will boost up your chance to crack the interview process.

Hobbies  Include only hobbies and volunteer work and demonstrates skills that would be suitable for  applied  positions. Do not include any irrelevant or personal information in order to attract the recruiters.

Personal details  This section is optional. Include your full name, contact number, age, date of birth, languages known, residential address in this section and sometimes hobbies can also be added in this section.

References Mostly companies don’t ask for references. If a job post doesn’t request a reference, then don’t specify one. But in some cases, a company may request for reference, in such cases you may specify like “References Provided upon Request” in your resume; as your references should give you permissions in advance before using his/her name. Choose your references carefully so that the person can add your credits.

Resume Declaration This section is optional as well. Declaration part consist of a statement that ensures all the information given in the resume are true, followed by signature, date & place.
